B&W is a woman-owned plumbing and HVAC company that has been family-owned in Speedway since 1961.
We crafted a campaign which highlighted B&W's long tenure as a staple in the community while touting the unique fact that they are a WBE in the overly-masculine world of plumbing.
Using the brand's distinctive black and orange color scheme we developed a visual language based on mid-century design complete with custom character designs.
The strategy centered around the phrase, “I'm your gal,” referencing the “I've got a guy,” phrase we often mutter when we need a mechanically minded specialist. The overarching theme was then supplemented with a series of supporting headlines which leaned on double entendre to add a tongue in cheek humor to otherwise straightforward world of plumbing & HVAC.
